1. Scope of Services
Space Stylist By Aakanksha provides interior design consultation, space planning, modular kitchen design, furniture design, home renovation, turnkey interior execution, and related interior design services. The scope of work will be clearly defined in the project proposal or agreement.
2. Project Approval
All designs, layouts, materials, finishes, colors, and specifications must be approved by the client before execution begins. Any modifications requested after approval may result in additional costs and project timeline revisions.
3. Payment Terms

A minimum advance payment is required before project commencement.

Payment milestones will be communicated in the project proposal.

All payments must be made as per the agreed schedule.

Delays in payment may affect project timelines.

Materials and services remain the property of Space Stylist By Aakanksha until full payment is received.
4. Design Changes
Clients are entitled to reasonable revisions during the design phase. Significant changes after final approval may incur additional design and execution charges.
5. Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimates based on the approved scope of work. Delays caused by client approvals, material availability, site conditions, or unforeseen circumstances may impact completion dates.
6. Material Selection
Material samples, finishes, and specifications will be shared for approval. Actual colors, textures, and finishes may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes and lighting conditions.
7. Site Access
The client must provide uninterrupted access to the project site during working hours. Delays caused by restricted access may affect project schedules.
8. Third-Party Services
Space Stylist By Aakanksha may coordinate with third-party vendors, contractors, and suppliers when required. While we strive for quality and timely delivery, we are not liable for delays or issues caused solely by third-party service providers.
9. Warranty
Warranty on materials and products will be subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms. Any workmanship concerns should be reported within a reasonable period after project completion.
10. Cancellation Policy
Advance payments made towards design services are non-refundable.
If a project is cancelled after execution has commenced, costs incurred for materials, labor, and services up to the cancellation date will be payable by the client.
Customized furniture and made-to-order materials cannot be cancelled once production has started.
11. Photography & Portfolio Rights
Space Stylist By Aakanksha reserves the right to photograph completed projects and use project images for marketing, portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
12. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, concepts, renderings, layouts, and related documents created by Space Stylist By Aakanksha remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
13. Limitation of Liability
Space Stylist By Aakanksha shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from project delays, material shortages, natural disasters, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
14. Client Responsibilities

15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
